Wrapstar skins are vinyl pieces designed to fit snugly over your cherished
piece of hardware giving it a radical new appearance. Wrapstar skins

precision- cut to ensure a flawless fit and seamless application.

TAKE YOUR
TIME. DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS IN A RUSH.

CLEAN THE
UNIT WITH A SOFT CLOTH TO MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAR OF ALL OIL, DIRT,
RESIDUE AND EGG.

PLEASE NOTE
- FOR PROPER ADHESION THE UNIT MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY.

FAMILIARISE
YOURSELF WITH THE VARIOUS SKIN PIECES WHILST THEY ARE STILL ON THE
BACKING PAPER, SO THAT YOU KNOW WHAT GOES WHERE.

START WITH
THE LARGEST PIECE, CAREFULLY REMOVING THE BACKING PAPER AND ANY
EXCESS MATERIAL.

STARTING
WITH THE LARGEST PIECE WILL ALLOW YOU TO FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH
HANDLING THE MATERIALS AND THE ADHESIVE.

LAY THE
LARGEST PIECE ON THE APPROPRIATE PART OF THE UNIT, WITHOUT
APPLYING FIRM PRESSURE.

APPLY ALL OF
THE SKIN PARTS FOR THE SAME FACE OF THE UNIT, WITHOUT
APPLYING FIRM PRESSURE, UNTIL YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE ALIGNMENT OF
ALL PIECES.

APPLY PRESSURE TO THE SKIN PIECES TO HELP
THEM BOND TO THE UNIT.

HALF WAY
THERE. PUT THE KETTLE ON, OR COME BACK TO THIS AT A LATER DATE IF

SAME WITH THE SMALLER AND MORE INTRICATE PIECES.

FOR PIECES
WITH SMALL BUTTON / SPEAKER HOLES IN, ROLL THEM (ADHESIVE SIDE UP)
OVER YOUR FINGER AND CAREFULLY PINCH OUT THE EXCESS MATERIAL TO
FULLY PREPARE THEM.

WITHOUT
APPLYING PRESSURE, CAREFULLY LAY THE SKIN OVER THE UNIT, PAYING
SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE AREAS AROUND THE SMALL BUTTON / SPEAKER
HOLES. LINE UP THESE SMALL BUTTON / SPEAKER HOLES AND THE REST
WILL FALL INTO PLACE.

WITH ALL
PARTS CAREFULLY LINED UP, APPLY GRADUAL PRESSURE UNTIL THE SKIN IS
FIRMLY IN PLACE.

LOOK OVER
THE NEW SKINNED UNIT AND PUSH OUT ANY TRAPPED AIR – THE
MICRO-GROOVED BACKING WILL ALLOW FOR THIS.

TAKE YOUR
SOFT CLOTH AGAIN AND WIPE OVER THE UNIT.

To remove the skin,
simply peel off slowly and discard. The high quality of our skins
means that your gadget will be clean as a whistle and no sticky goo will
remain on your device.
What are Wrapstar skins
made of?

Wrapstar skins are made of cast vinyl rather than calendered vinyl. It
costs roughly 2.5 times as much but it is of a notably higher quality. Cast
vinyl also has a much higher "gloss point" (it is in fact as shiny as
automotive paint) and wont shrink or discolour over time. A Wrapstar
skin can last from 7-9 years, although we can almost guarantee you may
want a change before then! As a finishing touch, we add a
super-glossy, clear laminate over the print. This makes it impossible
to smudge or smear the design and ensures it will remain eternally
bright and vibrant.
Other points to note about Wrapstar skins are:
• Printed with UV resistant ink which means that it wont fade!
• Our secret formula special adhesive bonds the skin tightly to your
hardware to prevent any curling at the edges but also allows for a
clean removal.
• The backing is micro-grooved to prevent pesky air bubbles ruining
your handiwork - simply push them out!
