By first class mail to the UK.

In the UK - 3-5 working days from receipt of your order.  5-7 working days for international orders.

 

 

 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO MY CREDIT CARD ADDRESS?

Yes, we can deliver your order either to the billing address associated with your payment card or to an alternative address as specified by you when you checkout.

 

 

 

 

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Yes, if when you receive your product it is damaged or faulty in any way, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within three days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you straight away, or for a refund to be made on receipt of the returned goods. 

In all cases you must return the goods unused and with a copy of the dispatch note that was sent with the item(s). 

We make every effort to ensure that your skins arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately if this is not the case. 

Please inform us in writing if your product is faulty or incorrect by emailing us at onlinesales@wrapstar-skins.com.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes.  If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE we have dispatched it, please contact us immediately and we will cancel your order and arrange for a full refund.  Please inform us by emailing us at onlinesales@wrapstar-skins.com.  You will need to give us the order number you received in your confirmation email as well as your name and address.

Please note that orders are generally dispatched on the same working day as they are received.

 

 

 


WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and get it to you as soon as it is manufactured.  If this is the case, your e-mail order confirmation will tell you if your item is out of stock and you won’t be billed until it is despatched to you.
